The Lighthouse
The Lighthouse, completed in 2007, is a purpose-built contemporary facility in the centre of the school, providing for the Arts, Music and Science. On the top floor are 3 spacious art studios for painting, drawing, sculpture and clay work, computer graphics and animation.
The second floor houses 2 large science laboratories, providing the latest equipment for practical and theory work. On this level there is also a dedicated “Rock” music room, a film and photographic studio and a large band practice room and recording suite.
On the ground floor sits a large library providing a mix of learning environments, including quiet spaces for individuals and small groups, and tiered seating for guest speakers and presentations.
